Platform: Salesforce CRM & Enterprise Integrations
Focus: API Governance, Data Synchronization, Integration Architecture
Role: Solution Architect / Technical Lead
Responsibilities: Integration Architecture | API Governance | System Boundary Definition | Data Synchronization Strategy | Technical Leadership
Led the transformation of a fragmented enterprise integration ecosystem into a governed and scalable architecture. By prioritizing API standardization and clearly defined system ownership boundaries, the redesigned architecture replaced tightly coupled point-to-point integrations with standardized, resilient, and maintainable integration patterns. This modernization effort improved integration reliability, reduced data conflicts and established a stronger foundation for long-term enterprise data exchange.
Multiple systems synchronized directly against core entities, creating tightly coupled integrations, overlapping ownership and inconsistent synchronization behavior. As additional systems were added, integration complexity grew and long-term maintenance became increasingly difficult.
Introduced a governed integration hub with standardized API patterns and clearly defined ownership boundaries. The redesign centralized integration logic, reduced point-to-point dependencies and created a scalable foundation for reliable enterprise data exchange and future system growth.
